Russel Schildroth has his steam engine collection in the library display case during the month of May. Stop in and take a look. Also, children's book week is the week of May 13. We will have a drawing at the end of that week to give away a variety of children's books.

Michele Knaack was here on April 30 to do children's story time. There will be two more story times on Tuesday, May 14 and Tuesday, May 21 before we quit for the summer. Both will be held at 10:00 a.m. Michele Knaack and Erica Thesing will be doing the programs. Watch for the summer reading program in June.

We have two new books given in loving memory of Rae Jean Bolin from her children: Kate Spade New York: Twenty Years of Inspiration, Intriguing Bits and Other Curiosities and Poems to Learn by Heart selected by Caroline Kennedy.

Other new books include: Not by Sight by Kathy Herman, Trinity: Military War Dog by Ronie Kendig, Duchess by Susan May Warren; and two children's titles: 42: The Official Movie Novel by Aaron Rosenberg and Who Could That Be at This Hour? by Lemony Snicket.

We also now have dvds of Downtown Abbey series one, two and three. Each series may be borrowed for a two week period.
