Dunk tank and silent auction at Grundy County Relay for Life

There will be something for everyone at the 2017 Grundy County Relay For Life! Bring the family for fun, entertainment, food and even a dunk tank! The event starts at 5:00 p.m. at the Grundy Center High School track ending at 10:30 with the Luminaria Ceremony. Strait Run Band will perform from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. There will be kids games and the YMCA slide will be on site.

The Dunk Tank will be manned from 5:00 to 8:30.

All proceeds go to Relay For Life.

6:00 to 6:30 closed for survivor walk.

6:50-7:10 Doug Frost

7:50 to 8:10 Chase Boren

8:10 to 8:30 Jake Bangasser

Come give your favorite target or targets a dip in the tank!

There will be a silent auction and we are excited to have many items to bid on. Teams walking in the relay are encouraged to donate a basket/item to the auction and the proceeds will be added to their team totals. So far donors to the silent auction include: GNB Bank, Greenbelt Bank, Peoples Savings Bank in Dike and Wellsburg, Trunck's grocery store, Reinbeck, Center Theater, Fox Ridge Golf Course, Meadowbrook Golf Course, Town and Country Golf Course, The Mill, As You Like It, Morris Inn Steakhouse, Barn Swallows, The MarkIT, Fleurist, Friends Studio Boutique, Hair Mechanic, American Lutheran Church, Spahn and Rose, Crazy Daisies, and First Presbyterian Church. All proceeds from the auction go to Relay For Life.
