Other new books are: Nonfiction: The Lost City of Z by David Grann.

We also have the DVD, A Dog's Purpose.

We enjoyed an author talk by Linda Betsinger McCann at Westview on May 9. Linda talked about her recent book, "Civilian Conservation Corps in Northeast Iowa". We are looking forward to another event to be held at Westview so mark your calendars for: June 30 when the library will be sponsoring a presentation on Iowa's most haunted locations by Chad Lewis. This program will take place at 2:00 p.m. It will be free and open to the public.
