Little Rebels Learning Center to hold open house Sat. Nov. 7

November 8, 2015
Reinbeck Courier

The much anticipated public Open House to reveal the community sanctioned addition to the Little Rebels Learning Center will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The property address is 120 Cedar Street. LRLC Board President Chris Frischmeyer graciously reflected on the timely progress of this desired addition, "We are overwhelmed at the amount of support the citizens of Reinbeck provided for this project. It is obvious that the education and care of our children is one of the community's top priorities. In a matter of less than six months, almost $300,000 was raised."

On Monday, June 1, 2015, ground was broken with Daycare Director Carrie Theesfeld and Preschool Director Ariana Ragsdale present, along with several excited Little Rebels.

Merely four short months later, Monday, October 5, 2015, sixteen infants were welcomed into the new infant care room. Assistant Director Robin Moore who oversees infant care happily shared, "We are excited to offer such a spacious infant care room that provides ample storage and helps facilitate the needs of the parents and staff at LRLC."
