Dear Editor,

I would like to address the G-R board members. You have done an excellent job, sitting through all the board meetings, community meetings, and answering questions over and over again. You have kept your poise and represented our communities well. I don't think it needs to be said that you were voted on to represent the schools best inhterests; not to save our towns, or family interests, or family businesses. The school, and keeping it going, is the only business that you should be looking after.

I would also like to address the parents of the G-R students in the elementary schools. I think you need to stop and think abot what you are saying at home around your children. All this negative talk is being recorded in their little minds and they are coming to school telling people that "my parents were up til midnight talking about the school." Do you not think that it might be upsetting your children, and you are the ones that are making your children worry? These kids will be fine whatever happens if you make it that way. They won't care, if they see you have a positive attitude about things. Before you decide to open enroll out of the school district if things don't go your way, please ask your child first, and see what they have to say about it. Let them have a say where they want to go to school, and don't make them pay for your spite.

Adults are the vindictive ones, childen are the honest ones. Put the kids first.
