Wendy Biggs has some of her Raggedy Ann collection in our library display case this month. Be sure to come in and see it.
Janet Schildroth was here to do story time on August 5. She had a theme of old fashioned games, and the children who attended had fun playing with marbles, hoops, and doing hopscotch. Our next story time is Tuesday, August 18th at 10:00. Jeanne Hansen from Hansen's Dairy will do the program.
Cole Anderson from the Grundy County Conservation office finished off our summer reading programs with a presentation at the Memorial Building on August 6. Not many kids were able to attend, but those who did enjoyed a lot of audience participation. Some of them also enjoyed the snake and turtle he brought along.
