Tiffany (Peterson) and Kyle Rasmussen are happy to announce their marriage and the upcoming celebration of their first wedding anniversary.
The couple was married on June 22, 2013 at Lakeside Presbyterian Church in Storm Lake, Iowa. The ceremony was officiated by Reverend Kenneth Meissner. Special music included a duet of "The Lord's Prayer" sung by the bride and her grandfather, Duane Frohwein. Following the ceremony, a dinner and dance reception was held at Buena Vista University in Dows Grand Ballroom also in Storm Lake.
Parents of the bride are Mark and Theresa Peterson of Reinbeck. Parents of the groom are Stephen and Elaine Rasmussen of Sioux City. The bridesmaids were Marty McDanel of Nashua, Whitney Kuefler of Chewelah, Wash., Brittany Goede of Santa Fe, N.M., Ditte Classen of Denmark, (friends of the bride) and Courtney Mayo of Sioux City (sister of the groom). Personal attendants to the bride were Molly Scullen of Cedar Falls and Anne Smith of Waterloo, friends of the bride.

The groomsmen were Bikash Pandey of Des Moines, Keith Thompson of Des Moines, Russell Weller of Manson, Ben Praster of Minneapolis, (friends of the groom) and Nick Peterson of Storm Lake (brother of the bride). Brooke Peterson, sister of the bride, was the junior bridesmaid, Isabella Peterson, niece of the bride, was the flower girl, and Reid Mayo, nephew of the groom, was the ring bearer.
The bride wore an ivory satin dress by Enzoani and the groom wore a charcoal gray tuxedo by Vera Wang with an ivory vest and tie. The bridesmaids wore knee length Tiffany Blue dresses and the groomsmen wore charcoal gray tuxedos with Tiffany Blue ties.
After the wedding, the couple honeymooned in Florida.
Tiffany is employed at Foundation Service Corp. in Hudson. Kyle is employed at Larry K. Fox and Associates in Waterloo. The Rasmussens reside in Reinbeck.
