With the weather being as unpredictable, this was just a great opportunity to run, jump and throw. It was a cool evening, but we had several great performances. It was very encouraging to see personal bests at this point of the season. As we gear up for the final stretch, we have to continue to improve in all areas. The only meet scheduled for this week is the NICL West Meet on Thursday, May 8th.
