Tama County Women, Land and Legacy will soon host its twenty-first event, Land & Lease Lingo: Farm Leases, Rental Rates and Landowner Rights. It will be held on Wednesday, March 26 at the Vision Iowa Room of the Toledo Public Library, 206 E. High Street in Toledo. The library is two blocks east of the courthouse on High Street, immediately east of the Wieting Theater. Registration and dessert will begin at 6:30 p.m. with the meeting following, 7:00-9:00.
An evening on farm leases, rental rates and landowner rights will be presented by Rachelle Johnson, an attorney with Johnson Law Firm, PC in Montezuma, Iowa. Rachelle's areas of expertise include probate law, estate and trust planning, business law, and real estate law and development.
