The ASPIRE Therapeutic Riding Program is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide benefits to individuals with physical, cognitive and emotional disabilities through animal-assisted activities and outreach programs. ASPIRE is preparing to host their 1st annual Miniature Horse Camp, on Tuesday, March 18th and Friday, March 21, 2014. The event will be held at ASPIRE, 8100 Kimball Avenue in Waterloo, Iowa.

The event will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. both on Tuesday, March 18th and Friday, March 21st. This pirate themed event will include a learning opportunity about our miniature horses along with the actual handling of the horses. Crafts and additional activities will also be provided.

Participation fees are per child per day, and we ask that the children are between the ages of 4 and 13. All proceeds raised during the afternoons will go to benefit and support the horses of ASPIRE.

ASPIRE would like to invite everyone across the Cedar Valley to please come out and join them for an afternoon of great fun for a great cause!
