Rock Island Clean Line: Understanding your contract before you sign workshop to be held February 6, 2014 in Grundy Center
Landowners who will be impacted by the crossing of the Rock Island Clean Line power structures in Iowa are invited to attend a meeting designed to better explain the complexities of the contracts being offered by the company. Roger McEowen, Professor in Agricultural Law and Director of the ISU Center for Agricultural Law and Taxation will help landowners understand the easement contracts and to help ensure that landowners understand the complexities before they sign.
