Girl Scouts help empty can/bottle trailer in Reinbeck

May 12, 2013
Reinbeck Courier

A great group of girl scouts helped out the July 4th committee by emptying the can/bottle trailer recently. We appreciate your help very much. The can/bottle trailer is a great fundraiser for the July 4th celebration each year. It has been a huge success which makes it a challenge to keep emptied and hauled to the redemption center.

The trailer continues to be parked at the corner of Hwy 175 and West Street near the Moeller & Walter warehouse. Your donations are very much appreciated but please remember to keep your glass bottles separate and do no place items in the trailer that are not 5 cent refundable.

If you are part of a group, or maybe you are a student at Gladbrook-Reinbeck who is working toward your silver cord at graduation, and would like to get some community service hours, please contact Carl at Moeller & Walter at 319-788-6459 or Angie Tessau at 319-239-8228. Any help is greatly appreciated and all funds go to help make the July 4th celebration a great one.
