New books this week include a large print edition of The Icecutter's Daughter by Tracie Peterson, which is given in memory of Ruth Holst from Westview Estates.

We also have a new book for children, an oversized book called Where Does Your Water Shed? which was donated by The Grundy County Soil and Water Conservation in honor of Soil Conservation Week, April 28-May 5.

Donna Brandt was here to do the children's story time on April 16. Kids attending got to take part in a rhythm band. The next story time will take place on Tuesday, April 30 at 10:00 a.m. Erica Thesing will do the program.

Book discussion selections for May are The Forgotten Garden by Kate Morton for the afternoon group and Skeletons at the Feast by Chris Bohjalian. The groups will meet at Westview on Wednesday, May 15 afternoon group from 4:00 to 5:00 and evening from 7:00 to 8:00.
