GRUNDY CENTER - We have all met at least one outstanding nurse whose courage, competence, and commitment to patients, residents, and the nursing profession stands out above all others. Each year 100 Great Iowa Nurses are honored at a ceremony, created for the state of Iowa, by nurse and community leaders.
This year Grundy County Memorial Hospital (GCMH) is proud to announce that one of their own, Beth Johanns, RN, Clinical Outcomes Coordinator, is a recipient of this prestigious award.
This award recognizes Beth for making a meaningful and lasting contribution to humanity and the nursing profession. Beth is also viewed as a mentor to others and exemplifies all of the principles on which the 100 Great Iowa Nurses celebration was founded. Beth was selected from over 425 nominees this year.
