For further questions or if you are interested in attending an upcoming clinic please contact: Brandy Tripp, RN, BSN, Trained & Certified Facilitator, Freedom from Smoking; at (319) 824-5097 Ext 4476.

We look forward to helping you create a personalized plan to overcome tobacco. You will experience immediate health benefits and reduce your risk for long-term smoking-related illness. Studies show that people who use the program are six times more likely to be smoke free one year later than those who try to quit on their own. Each participant is encouraged to check with their employer and insurance company for any available assistance with enrollment costs, incentives or discounts offered.
