Marvin John Wrage, 86, died Friday, October 19, in Cedar Falls.
Marvin was born December 5, 1925 in Beaman, Iowa, the son of John F. and Freda (Billerbeck) Wrage. He married Margery Stevenson on December 27, 1952 in Traer, Iowa.
Marvin graduated from Dinsdale High School and went on to serve in the United States Army during World War II. He farmed near Traer, then worked at Rath Packing Company then was employed by Moore-Peterson produce, and retired from Kent Feed in Waterloo in the production department.
Survived by his wife, two sons, Steven (Debbie) of Cedar Falls, and Bret (Paula) of Janesville, his daughter Bobbi (Roger) Bryant of Waterloo, a daughter-in-law Becky of Cedar Falls, a sister Helen (Bob) Harris of Reinbeck, 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by two sons, Allen Wayne and Wade Alan Wrage; four brothers Sheridan "Bill", Lawrence, Larry, and Lester Wrage; and two sisters Lawaynna Clausen and Verda Wrage.
Funeral Services were held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 23, at Richardson Funeral Service, Cedar Falls. Visitation was held from 4-7 p.m. Monday, October 22.
