The Reinbeck High School class of 1949 held their 63rd annual reunion on Saturday, July 28, 2012 at Jack & Arnie's Steakhouse, Reinbeck. Sixteen class members and thirteen spouses and guests attended. There were forty-two graduating class members. A noon meal was enjoyed by those attending.
Attending were: Marilyn (Barfels) DeLange and daughter Jennifer of Grundy Center and guest Dave Fagel of Marshalltown; Ruby (Ragsdale) and Elmer Schulta; and Colleen (Schmidt) and Jim Miller of Grundy Center; Duwane and Beverly Hoeg of Traer; Leonard and Beverly Plaehn of Spring Valley, Minn.; Louis and Ruth Ann Schmidt of Osage; Leon Ramundt of Eldora; Donna (Schmidt) and Bob Matheson of Jefferson; Romagene (Struwe) and Richard Volkens; Elsie Vogt of Gladbrook, and daughter Cheryl Clark of Garwin; Don and Ann Rae Billerbeck, Lil (Bouska) and Jim Westergaard; Charlene (Meggers) Sharp; Louann (Saul) Moore; Mae Jean (Willer) Hoeppner; Bob Billerbeck and Betty (Ohrt) Petersen all of Reinbeck.
