When to see the doctor one and only you educational series

GRUNDY CENTER, Iowa Cedar Valley Hospice, Abels & French-Hand Funeral Homes and Grundy County Memorial Hospital are pleased to announce the fifth educational session in a series of six being held in Grundy Center. "When to See the Doctor" will be Tuesday, August 14th in the Education Room at the Grundy County Memorial Hospital, 201 East J Avenue in Grundy Center. Please enter by door #3 on the West side of the building and greeters will direct you to the room. This event is free and open to the public.

"Good health care begins with the appropriate quality health care provider," says Dave Stefl of Manly Drug. In this session you will have the chance to hear from both Dave Stefl and Dr. Charles LaTendresse, M.D.. The information provided will give you the tools needed to make better choices when it comes to your health and well being.

This is the fifth session in a series of six being held the second Tuesday of each month through September from 6:30 8 p.m. This educational series "One and Only You!" is being made available to the public because of a need for information on the importance of caregivers taking care of themselves, as well as those they love. Whether you're a mother of young children or caregiver for an ailing spouse, you will benefit from the information being made available in this educational series.

September 11: Money, Money, Money! for coping with finances/estates following a death with Kirby Schmidt of Heronimus Schmidt & Allen of Grundy Center.
