REINBECK - Austyn Smith threw his second no-hitter of the summer as the Rebels shut out the Tigers on Monday in NICL West play.
Smith struck out six in his gem. The senior right-hander also no-hit Southeast Webster on June 2.
Jacob Smoldt had a double and a team-high three RBIs for Gladbrook-Reinbeck (6-6, 3-3). Jordan Rickert drove in a pair, while Brady Billerbeck added a double.
South Hardin drops to 1-6 overall and 1-5 in conference play.
