GLADBROOK - Paige Thompson struck out six in a six-hitter and also drove in a run to help Gladbrook-Reinbeck hold off South Hardin in Monday's NICL West tilt.
The Rebels (7-6, 3-3) scored all three of their runs in the second inning.
Emily Snider went 2-for-3 with a run and an RBI while Taylor Flamme was 2-for-3 with an RBI for G-R. Hayley Weber singled and scored.
Pamela Westendorf had two doubles and drove in South Hardin's lone run in the fourth. Kate Shindelar struck out four in the loss.
