AMES, Iowa - Live Healthy Iowa's Dream Team has lost 138 pounds and logged 463 hours of physical activity at day 66 in the 100 Day Wellness Challenge. The Dream Team is comprised of 10 Iowans and a team captain who are serving as role models of health and wellness during the course of the Challenge. The Challenge marks the 75-day point on April 6.
Shelle Sikkema of Clinton is leading the Dream Team in the activity division with 89 hours of activity with Sandy Booker in close second with 87 hours. Nichole Crane of Nevada is leading the Dream Team in the weight loss division with a total of 31 pounds lost, with Ed Egan in second with 26 pounds lost.
"We're so proud of all that our Dream Team has accomplished to date - not only in the weight loss and activity categories, but in the lifestyle changes they've adopted," said Nicole Bruce, health initiatives director of Live Healthy Iowa. "I can't wait to see each of them after the challenge and hear their personal success."

The team captain of the Dream Team is Stephanie Broders, an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer from Anytime Fitness in Ames.
