The 100 Day Weight Loss Challenge Class at Grundy County Memorial Hospital (GCMH) includes fourteen weekly ins and five monthly weight loss classes from January 23 through April 30, 2012. Classes will be led by GCMH Dietitians. There is a fee and offers a $50 rebate to participants who reach their weight loss or maintenance goal. Look for the information booth at the Grundy County-wide Wellness Fair on January 7, 2012 from 7:00 10:00 a.m. at GCMH.
