Reinbeck Courier

Parkview Manor and Millennium Therapy are celebrating their one year partnership in providing inpatient and outpatient therapy services to the Reinbeck community. They have onsite physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy with flexible hours that allow them to meet your outpatient therapy needs. Remember you have a choice when choosing your therapy.

The staff includes Carla Leyen, MSPT who also has a second masters in manual therapy thru the Olga Grimsby Institute. Her list of expertise includes sports injuries, back and neck pain, treatment for vertigo and manual lymph drainage. Angela McHone, OTR is a certified lymphedema specialist. She has been working with lymphedema patients exclusively for the last three years and can provide treatment for multiple causes of both lymphedema and swelling. Kris Duggan, M.A., CCC-SLP has over 17 years of experience in treating pediatric, school age and adult clients. She specializes in voice and swallowing disorders, as well as aphasia. Kris was also an adjunct instructor at UNI for their Speech Therapy program.

Parkview has a new fee schedule that is comparable to other clinics and offices within the surrounding communities and has recently been approved by several insurance carriers as a preferred provider to improve services to the community members. Payment plans are also available to those who must use their deductibles for these services.

Recent patients Lavilah and Larry Dinsdale were both very pleased with the therapy they received and gave the following testimonial. "The therapy location was convenient and the schedule flexible. Our therapist was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to help my husbands' vertigo when we didn't think anything would help. This community needs to know that you are right here in town."
