CONRAD - Colby Luethje and Brandon Lakabung both ran for two touchdowns and Parker Bolt threw for two more scores as the Gladbrook-Reinbeck football team denied BCLUW a Homecoming victory, winning 43-6 on Friday night.
Luethje rumbled for 80 yards on just eight carries, scoring twice for the second straight week for G-R (5-1, 3-1). Lakabung added 43 yards on the ground and touchdown runs of 4 and 14 yards.
Bolt connected with Jackson Clark for a 75-yard touchdown pass early in the second quarter and added a 25-yard toss to Cobren Bird midway through the period as the Rebels jumped out to a 36-0 halftime advantage.

Bolt finished 9-for-14 passing for 227 yards, and Gladbrook-Reinbeck outgained their hosts 392-144. Cobren Bird had three catches for 42 yards and Brady Billerbeck made two grabs for 43 yards.
Robert Sharp accounted for the only touchdown for BCLUW (2-4, 0-4), which suffered its fourth straight defeat. Sharp crossed the goal line on a 6-yard run in the fourth quarter and finished with a team-high 54 yards rushing. Luke Asche added 52 yards rushing for the Comets, who go to South Hamilton next week.
Cole Thompson led BCLUW with nine tackles before leaving with an apparent neck injury late in the second quarter. Sharp and Blake Cooper both added six tackles, Taylor Case had a fumble recovery and Deonce Cushinberry sacked Bolt once.
Mack Wheeldon led the Rebel defense with 12 tackles - 4 1/2 of which went for loss. Billerbeck added 11 stops, while Bolt picked off a halfback pass attempt by Sharp.
G-R hosts Hudson Friday night.
