Grundy County Public Health is sponsoring the 3rd annual drive thru flu shot clinic. The clinic will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2011 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Bethany Presbyterian Church in Grundy Center. The clinic is open to anyone ages of 6 months and older who want to protect themselves and their family from the flu. There is also a limited amount of flu mist for ages 2 years through 49 years. Please bring your Medicare card (traditional Medicare-red, white and blue card) with you to the event. Private pay is also available. Please enter by the 4th Street driveway and exit on G Avenue.
