August 13, 2011
Reinbeck Courier

Employees and volunteers at the Grundy County Memorial Hospital worked together to donate more than 500 school supply items to Operation Threshold. The hospital's departments had a two week, in-house competition to see which department could donate the most supplies. The GCMH Dietary Department won the competition, donating more than 200 items.

Any student in Grundy County who meets Operation Threshold's income guidelines is eligible to receive school supplies. Families interested in this service can stop by Operation Threshold, located at 1606 G Ave in Grundy Center, or call the office at (319) 824-3460.
