Michael and Jennifer Schick of Waterloo, formerly of Reinbeck and Rex and Brenda Dinsdale of Reinbeck are proud to announce the marriage of their children, Lydia Marie Schick and Reed Richard Dinsdale. Vows were exchanged on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Fellowship Church in Cedar Falls with Pastor Dave Osborn as officiate.
Grandparents of the bride are Carl and Peg Schick and Rolly and Phyllis Hummel both of Reinbeck. The groom's grandparents are Richard and Carolyn Dinsdale of Traer and Darlene and the late Bill Wrage of Reinbeck.
The bride chose her friend, Jenessa Okones, of Cedar Falls, as Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids were Angela Saak, friend of bride, of Iowa City, Tessa Dinsdale, sister of groom, of Reinbeck, Emily Oettche, friend of bride, of Cedar Falls, & Sarah Storjohann, friend of bride, of Reinbeck.
Kyle Gorres, friend of the Groom from Des Moines was Best Man. Groomsmen were Tyler Schick, brother of the bride, from West Des Moines, Kipp Davis, friend of groom, of Gladbrook, Darin Schmidt, friend of groom of Cedar Rapids & Dan Osborn, friend of the groom of Reinbeck.
Jordan Schick and Tyler Schick, both brothers of the bride were ushers.
Providing music for the ceremony were Steve Schneider of Waterloo and Hayley Schick, sister in law of the bride sang a duet "When God made Me." Following the ceremony a reception dinner and dance was held at Sunnyside Country Club in Waterloo. The guests enjoyed an evening of dancing to the band Wagg.
The newlyweds honeymooned in Cancun, Mexico and now make their home in Reinbeck.
The bride is employed with Covenant Medical Hospital in Waterloo & the groom is employed with Pioneer Seed Company in Reinbeck.
