In January, a.m. weight participants set spring goals for abdominal reps, parallel dips, elevated pushups, and rope jumping. Jumping rope optimizes cardiovascular conditioning and maximizes athletic skills combining agility, coordination, timing, and endurance. Our rope jumping goal was to do 100 jumps. Participants could do 20 jumps on eight different rope exercises. Paul Chamberlain, Emily Stoakes, and Joseph Zimmerman scored a perfect score of 160.
