Ryan and Nicole Folkerts, of Reinbeck, would like to announce the birth of their daughter. Julia Elaine was born on April 9th at 3:38 p.m. at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo. She weighed 8 pounds, 3.4 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long. Julia was welcomed home by big sisters, Sophia and Elyse.
Grandparents are Betty and Jim Wubbena of Bristow and Darrell and Elaine Folkerts of Reinbeck.
