Tips on Balancing Food and Fun

Grundy Center - Grundy County Memorial Hospital's (GCMH) Cardiac Rehabilitation and Nutrition Services have teamed up to introduce the BFFF Program- Balancing Food, Fun and Family! The five week program provides families with the tools they need to get motivated and empowered to balance healthy eating habits with hectic schedules. Topics will include healthy snacking, exercise for the whole family, developing eating plans, understanding calories, fun alternatives to TV and video games, family food rules that work and more.

The program meets Tuesday evenings during the month of September from 6-7 PM at the GCMH. Families with children ages 4 through junior high age are encouraged to sign up.
