Janet J. Niedert, 65, of Carpenteria, CA formerly of Hudson, IA died Wednesday, May 13, following a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born June 16, 1943 in Cedar Falls, Iowa, the daughter of Leo & Ruby Rhoades. She graduated from Hudson High School. She married Larry Niedert on August 24, 1968.
Survived by: her mother; daughter, Tiffany, of Carpenteria, CA; son, Tim, of San Francisco, CA; brother Jerry (Sharon) of Hudson; brother, Jeff (Erlene) of Hudson; sister, Jennifer (Craig) Messer of Gilbert, AZ; several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by: her husband; grandparents; father; sister, Judy Billerbeck; brother, James Rhoades, & two nephews Scott Rhoades & Chance Rhoades.
