P.E.O. Dinner

Dinner meeting March 16th at 6:30 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church. Hostess-Program Committee: Program-Bring a treasure to share.

American Legion


The American Legion Auxiliary will meet at 6:30 p.m. on March 16th for a catered meal. Reservations to Dorothy Keith at 788-6354 by March 13.

Bring groceries for District Meeting. Program: Marilyn Block-Orientation on Community Home and Field Service Hours.

Hostesses: Sandy DeBerg, Diane Stephan, Jeannie Larson.

Coinette Chapter

Coinette Chapter will meet at 9:30 a.m. on March 14. Hostesses: Carol Bown & Penny Snow. School of Instruction March 28 12:30 p.m.

G-R FFA Pancake


The Gladbrook-Reinbeck High School FFA is excited to host a community appreciation pancake breakfast in order to thank all past and future supporters of the Gladbrook-Reinbeck FFA chapter. Please join us April 4th, 2009 at the Lincoln AmVet Hall for a pancake breakfast free of charge. The FFA will be serving breakfast from 7-11 am and will serve on a first come first served basis. A free will donation will be accepted to support the Gladbrook-Reinbeck FFA Chapter and activities. See you there!!!

Farmers Feed &


Filter Sale will be held on Friday, March 13th. Serving lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The Grundy County SWCD

will meet on Monday, March 16, 2009 at 9:00 am in the USDA Service Center, 805 W. 4th St., Grundy Center. Agenda items will include financial statement, cost share, conservation plans and field day. This meeting is open to the public
