Cody Plaehn of Gladbrook and Patricia Palmer of West Des Moines are proud parents of a son Brandon Wayne Plaehn born Dec. 8, 2008. He weighed 5 lbs. 14 ozs. He is welcomed home by his four half siblings Nathan 10, Erica, 9, Kimberly 5 and Michelle 4.
Brandon's maternal grandparents are Bob & Irene Miller of Carlisle. Paternal grandparents are Curt & Cindy Pleahn of Gladbrook. Great grandparents are Jack & and Carolyn Royer and Kenneth Plaehn of Reinbeck.
